We utilize a variety of techniques including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc), and manual (soft tissue mobilization, mobilizations, etc). We provide each patient with a home exercise program that is updated throughout care, as well as provide education and tools for continued self-management.
